Black Hat SEO Techniques

Black Hat SEO is the process of optimizing & ranking your website through various methods, processes & techniques that violate search engines’ guidelines.
When Search engines were first invented, It basically outputs result against a query based on the availability of used keywords inside a certain webpage. This gave a complete loophole for content manipulation to spammers.
With the time, many algorithmic changes have been implemented in order to deal with spamming & make search engine trustful source of information. SEO has always been a hide & seek game for many marketers & they never get tired of experimenting with various Black Hat SEO Techniques.

Saint Teresa of Calcutta Mother Teresa

Saint Teresa of Calcutta Mother Teresa

Saint Teresa of Calcutta Mother Teresa

Mother Teresa was born Agnes Gonxha Bojaxhiu in Skopje*, Macedonia, on August 26**, 1910. Her family was of Albanian descent. At the age of twelve, she felt strongly the call of God. She knew she had to be a missionary to spread the love of Christ. At the age of eighteen she left her parental home in Skopje and joined the Sisters of Loreto, an Irish community of nuns with missions in India. After a few months’ training in Dublin she was sent to India, where on May 24, 1931, she took her initial vows as a nun. From 1931 to 1948 Mother Teresa taught at St. Mary’s High School in Calcutta, but the suffering and poverty she glimpsed outside the convent walls made such a deep impression on her that in 1948 she received permission from her superiors to leave the convent school and devote herself to working among the poorest of the poor in the slums of Calcutta. Although she had no funds, she depended on Divine Providence, and started an open-air school for slum children. Soon she was joined by voluntary helpers, and financial support was also forthcoming. This made it possible for her to extend the scope of her work.

Canonization, Awards, Facts, & Feast Day

On October 7, 1950, Mother Teresa received permission from the Holy See to start her own order, “The Missionaries of Charity”, whose primary task was to love and care for those persons nobody was prepared to look after. In 1965 the Society became an International Religious Family by a decree of Pope Paul VI.
Today the order comprises Active and Contemplative branches of Sisters and Brothers in many countries. In 1963 both the Contemplative branch of the Sisters and the Active branch of the Brothers was founded. In 1979 the Contemplative branch of the Brothers was added, and in 1984 the Priest branch was established.
The Society of Missionaries has spread all over the world, including the former Soviet Union and Eastern European countries. They provide effective help to the poorest of the poor in a number of countries in Asia, Africa, and Latin America, and they undertake relief work in the wake of natural catastrophes such as floods, epidemics, and famine, and for refugees. The order also has houses in North America, Europe and Australia, where they take care of the shut-ins, alcoholics, homeless, and AIDS sufferers.
The Missionaries of Charity throughout the world are aided and assisted by Co-Workers who became an official International Association on March 29, 1969. By the 1990s there were over one million Co-Workers in more than 40 countries. Along with the Co-Workers, the lay Missionaries of Charity try to follow Mother Teresa’s spirit and charism in their families.
Mother Teresa’s work has been recognised and acclaimed throughout the world and she has received a number of awards and distinctions, including the Pope John XXIII Peace Prize (1971) and the Nehru Prize for her promotion of international peace and understanding (1972). She also received the Balzan Prize (1979) and the Templeton and Magsaysay awards.

Tips to Face Interview for first time

Tips to Face Interview for First time

Sitting in the waiting room, anticipating what's going to happen next, biting your nails at the thought of meeting a potential employer! Sounds familiar? Here are the 10 tips with which you can combat a job interview successfully.
Appearing for a job interview for the very first time can be a nerve racking experience, to say the least! You are a novice, fresh in the industry with no substantial experience other than a few internships that may not count at all. Face-to-face interaction with your employer is your only chance to make a lasting impression and get you hired for your first job.
But how can one do this? What we have here for you are the 10 tips that will help you face and successfully crack your first job interview.
Tips to Face Interview for first time

1. Know The Company - Know About The Business
This goes without saying! This is what any employer expects from you and they aren’t wrong! Research well about the company you are applying for and know their aim, mission, vision, values and functions. Using this information in your answers will create the right impression in front of your employer. The research is the first and foremost task that you need to do before appearing in any interview.

2. The Introduction - Watch What You Say!

Tell me about yourself’ is every employers favorite question! So be confident in your approach while you tell them about yourself.

3. What Can You Offer?
Thoroughly know the job title you are applying for, the responsibilities and why you are fit for the job. Remember a wide specturm of opportunities awaits you. so, for every point that you make, try to have an instance where you have used that quality.

4. Act Confident Without Hesitation
This can be quite a task considering it’s the first time you are sitting for an interview but you have to pull off this lie. You have to act confident and make the employer feel that you have it all together and perfectly fit the job. Only confidence can get you there without much hassle.

5. Never Lie In Your Resume
Lying can backfire! The person sitting in front of you has ample experience of interviews and can easily know when you are faking it. So keep it real and only write in your CV, what you have actually achieved.

6. Dress Well

Job interview preparation" is not as formidable as it sounds. No one can stress enough on the fact that in case of an interview, ‘The first impression is the last impression.’ Put on your best clothes (formal of course!) and look neat when going for an interview for the first time or otherwise.
7. Have Your Questions Ready
Be observant and notice what’s going around you. Once the interviewer is done asking you questions, it is going to be your turn. Return the favor! Ask if you have any questions about the company and the role they are offering you. Just make sure they don’t come across as offensive or rude.
8. Be Eager To Learn
It’s okay to not know everything! If you get stuck on some questions and don’t know what to say, politely let the interviewer know. But also make it a point to ask what the answer was once they are done with all the questions. This shows your eagerness to learn, which is often considered useful from an employer point of view.

9. Deep Breathe
More than anything else, it’s the anxiety that ruins most interviews. Just before entering the room, take a few deep breaths and relax your nerves. Trust me, It always helps!

10. Thank You Mail

Whether or not you are hired, make sure you send the employer a thank you mail after the interview telling them how glad you are to get this opportunity and how you hope to get selected for the same.
So get going and all the best for your job interview preparation!

How to get rid of negative energy from our House.

How To Clear Bad Energy From a Room, a House, and Even Yourself

Buying a new house? Have an office that just feels yucky? Just have a hard week and you can still feel it in your home? Negative energy can linger anywhere – curtains, clothes, and people. Here are my favorite tips for clearin’ out that crappy feeling from whatever it is. Some of these apply only to spaces, but others you can use to clear your own energy too.

How to get rid of negative energy from our House.

  • Go Green:                                                                                               Plants are an awesome natural filter for negative energy. Make sure each space or room you spend time in has at least one. I sleep with one on my nightstand by my bed and it makes a big difference for me. Opening the windows and allowing sunlight in is another natural cleanser.
  • Claim the Space:                                                                                            If your space feels full of someone else’s “stuff,” walk around and claim it as yours. “I take back this space. I choose to make this a positive place for me now! I love changing the energy of this space.” When you “install” this positive energy, all the negative energy that’s hanging around will no longer be a match.
  • Salt :                                                                                                       Simply sprinkle salt (a small grain type) on the carpet. After about an hour, vacuum. Salt crystals have an amazing natural built in-ability to absorb negative energy. As an alternative, you can put bowls of salt in the corners of the room and remove after a few hours.
*this works for people too. Instead of sprinkling yourself with salt, take a bath with 2 cups of sea salt in it. It’s grounding and clearing all at the same time.
  • Burn White Sage :                                                                                      You can buy white sage smudge sticks in many places, including online. Burning this while you walk around your house with it (swirling it in a counterclockwise rotation) is really great for clearing bad ju ju. I usually say something as I do it like “I’m clearing all stagnant energy from this space and allowing only that of the highest vibration to remain.”
*this works for people too. Start at your feet swirling the smoke from the sage around you until you get all the way up to your head.
  • Room spray:                                                                                         Buying or making a room spray with pure essential oils helps clear negative energy. The best ones to use for clearing are: rose, lavender, frankincense, and patchouli.
*this works for people too. Gently mist yourself with the spray!
  • High Frequency Music :                                                                      Playing high vibration music can make a big difference. We already know what a difference music can make in our own energy, and it does the same for spaces. Here is one recommendation, but I’m sure you’ll find your own favorites too.
